Who We Serve

Leadership is not determined by who you are — it is determined by who you answer to. ESix10 Initiative, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, exists to equip whoever answers the call.

Our Mission

ESix10 Initiative exists to equip men to lead — as husbands, fathers, brothers, and sons. We believe when a man is rooted in faith, disciplined in life, and prepared to serve, the family around him is strengthened. But we also know that many families are led by women standing alone — single mothers carrying the full weight of leadership with courage and conviction. ESix10 is for them too. Leadership is not determined by who you are — it is determined by who you answer to. We equip whoever answers the call.

We envision communities where the next generation grows up watching what real leadership looks like — at home, in the church, and in the world. ESix10 serves the whole family — not just the individuals in it. We equip parents to lead with intention, teach children what strength and character look like in the daily moments, and build the kind of home that becomes a shelter in every storm.

Boys are watching. They are watching every man in their lives — how he handles pressure, how he treats the women around him, whether he shows up or disappears when things get hard. But they are also watching every woman who refused to quit, who carried the weight with grace, who was fierce and faithful when she had every reason not to be. That is where boys learn what real strength looks like.

Girls are watching too. They are watching their mothers — learning courage, resilience, and what it means to never stop fighting for your family. But a girl who grows up watching a real man — how he speaks to her mother, how he leads without arrogance, how he protects without controlling, how he loves without conditions — that girl will spend her life knowing exactly what she deserves and exactly what she doesn't have to accept.

Some of the greatest teaching moments in a father's life come from his daughter. She sees everything. She feels everything. She is learning from you — not from your words, but from your life. Who you are when you think no one is looking. How you rise after you fall. Whether you are the man you say you are.

ESix10 Initiative was born out of an honest reckoning — that men have largely abdicated the role they were designed to fill. Not because they are bad men. Because they were never equipped. Never shown what it looks like. Never held accountable. Never surrounded by a brotherhood that refused to let them drift. And women left without a sisterhood that understood what they were carrying.

The result has been devastating. Families without fathers. Homes without leadership. Children growing up without an example of what a man of faith, discipline, and conviction actually looks like. Single mothers left to carry what was never meant to be carried alone. A generation of young men with no one to show them the way.

ESix10 exists because that is not acceptable. Men can lead — when they are equipped, rooted, and surrounded by others who hold the standard. Women can lead — and many already are, with a ferocity and faithfulness that shames the men who walked away. Families can be strong — when the people in them are built on something that does not move.

We are not here to shame men. We are here to rebuild them. We are not here to replace what was lost. We are here to restore it — one man, one woman, one family at a time.

Faith

At ESix10, faith is not a Sunday activity. It is the foundation of every decision, every discipline, and every relationship. We are rooted in the Word and anchored in truth. Spiritually grounded people who stand firm in every season — not shaken by circumstance, not moved by fear.

Discipline

The armor of God is put on daily. Mental discipline, physical training, and intentional habits are not optional — they are the standard we hold ourselves to. Mentally sharp, aware, and unshaken under pressure. Strength under control — not weakness.

Readiness

We train to be ready — not fearful. Ready to protect, ready to serve, ready to lead. Physically capable and ready to act when it matters. Readiness is not paranoia — it is responsibility.

The Whole Person

Spiritual. Physical. Mental.

You cannot lead what you cannot sustain. You cannot protect what you are too broken to reach. ESix10 trains the whole person — because a half-equipped leader is a liability to everyone who depends on them.

Spiritual

The Anchor
That Holds

Everything starts here. A man or woman without a spiritual foundation is a ship without an anchor — impressive until the storm comes, dangerous when it does. Faith is not the soft part of this equation. It is the hardest part. It requires daily discipline, consistent surrender, and the humility to be accountable to something greater than yourself.

We build spiritual depth — through Scripture, prayer, accountability, and community. Not religion. Relationship. Not rules. Roots.

Physical

The Body
Is Not Optional

We will say what most churches won't: your body matters. A man who cannot walk a mile cannot protect his family. A mother who has no physical capacity cannot sustain the fight she is already in. We are not talking about vanity — we are talking about stewardship. Your body is the instrument through which you fulfill your calling.

The enemy does not take days off. Neither can you. If you are serious about leading, protecting, and serving — you must take your physical condition seriously. Not to look good. To be capable. To be present. To be ready.

Mental

The Mind
Under Pressure

Your greatest battles will be fought in your mind before they are fought anywhere else. Doubt. Fear. Shame. The voices that tell you that you are not enough, that it is too late, that the damage is already done. Mental toughness is not the absence of those voices — it is the discipline to not obey them.

We build mental resilience — situational awareness, emotional discipline, stress inoculation, and the ability to think clearly when everything around you is unclear. A leader who breaks under pressure is not a leader at all. We train for the moments that test everything.

The Hard Truth

ESix10 does not exist to make you comfortable. It exists to make you capable. There is a difference — and most people have spent their entire lives confusing the two.

We say the hard things in love. No performance, no pretense — just honest men doing honest work. Accountability here is not punishment. It is the highest form of respect one man can offer another.

We do not let each other walk alone. When one brother struggles, the others stand closer. We hold the line — in strength and in struggle — because that is what brotherhood and sisterhood mean.
